COACH -TRANSFORMATION | PERSONAL | MINDSET I use an holistic heart centred approach to help you achieve the change you seek and maintain self accountability.  The coaching techniques I use are simple but super effective to get you on your path to greatness. Naturopathy allows me to offer a multi-dimensional approach to your sessions. Where I see the need I weave in easy and effective ways to set you up for success. I’ll consider the whole you and look to enhance physical, mental and emotional resilience, so you can shift gear from slow to go.

Together we’ll discover your true capabilities, unravel any outdated self beliefs and behaviours, build your confidence and establish life long strategies that will see you create sustainable change. You’ll have the opportunity to discover new ways to think about yourself, others, and situations you want change in. I will invite you to think outside the box and then encourage you to boldly step outside the box.

NATUROPATH | HERBALIST I use an holistic, science-based approach to identify where the underlying imbalances lie. I also consider ancient and traditional knowledge alongside new and evolving research when prescribing herbs and other remedies to restore balance in your body. Your treatment plan will include recommendations to help you achieve the wellbeing you want.

My goal is to make everyone’s health journey achievable and successful. I’m inspired to educate and knowledge-share with you every time we meet, so you reach greater heights of understanding about your body, how it works and why.

FLOWER ESSENCES I make bespoke Bach Flower essences* to help support emotional disturbances. There are 38 remedies in the Bach Flower family and these essences can be combined to assist you overcome fears and worries, overwhelm, the effects of over-work, or changing unhelpful thoughts, behaviours and emotional patterns. Flower essences can be taken by everyone in the family, even your pets, but it is recommended that you seek professional advice first.

*Flower essences are generally considered safe and have no contradications. They should not be considered an alternative for doctor prescribed medication.

REIKI A Japanese healing technique that encourages the clearing of blocks within your ‘qi’ (life force) energy. Blockages occur for many reasons, trauma, negative thoughts, and emotional imbalances. If left unresolved that can lead to illness. Reiki is a non-invasive relaxing technique that gently supports your qi to flow without restriction.

Next we’ll schedule an appointment. I’ll send you some forms to complete and return back so I can prepare before our first appointment. This also means we can make the most of your session time and get straight to the important stuff.

FAQs

Can I see you as a Naturopath + Herbalist?

Absolutely. I see clients for a variety of health care issues. Prior to meeting we’ll have a chat so I can understand exactly what support you’re looking for.

Can I see you as a Coach and a Naturopath/Herbalist in the same session?

Our time is limited to one hour per session so it wouldn't be possible to cover both areas in that time. If during a coaching session I determine that you need natural health support I may make some simple recommendations as part of the process. If it appears that you need more in-depth support we would need to set another time to meet.

How often do I need to see you?

For coaching it is common to spend 2-4 sessions with me - dependent on how well you progress and how quickly you reach the goals you’ve identified you want to achieve. I also offer discounted package options for those that want support across a longer period of time. How often we meet is mutually agreed, I find that every 2 weeks works well for most initially.

For naturopathy after the first consult a follow up consultation is usually planned 2 weeks later, however if I believe we need to see each other more frequently this is something I would discuss with you.
